Neighborhood School Grants: Program Proposal 2026

Submit a Program Proposal Schools are encouraged, but not required, to send short proposals in advance of applying to discuss eligibility, scope, and program details. Using the form below, please share information about your school, a short program summary, and a short description of the team that would oversee its execution. 

This is not an application. The application will open June 1, 2026, with a deadline of August 1, 2025, 11:59PM EST.

Proposal and Application Timeline  

• Program Proposals are accepted now through May 15, 2026.
• The 2026 Neighborhood School Grant Application opens June 1, 2026, with a deadline of August 1, 2026, 11:59PM EST.
• Recipients will be notified by September 15, 2026, with funds made available by October 2026. 

Proposal Logistics  

• You DO NOT need to complete your proposal in one sitting. You can save your application and come back to it later by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "Save Draft."
• Once you hit "SUBMIT" you will NOT be able to further edit your application.
• Once your application is submitted you will receive an email from Submittable.
